In this episode you will hear from Nicole Odom, owner of Dogtopia, and Katherine Taylor, founder of Taylor Legal.

Nicole is the owner of a doggie daycare and boarding facility in Charlotte, NC.  She joined the Growth By Referrals program in 2016 to reverse a decline in referrals her company was experiencing after she left to go on her first maternity leave. She knew she needed a system so her team could generate referrals and they not be completely dependent on her.

She continues to use her team to execute on her referral generating plan with great success.  She explains how it works during the interview.

Katherine Taylor is the founder of Taylor Legal, a law firm located in Maryland. She joined the Growth By Referrals program in 2017 and went from receiving 1 to 2 referrals per quarter (about 5 to 6 per year) to now receiving 3 to 4 referrals a year for approximately 40 referrals last year alone.
