As we continue our journey to make your business referable, there is one early stop we have to make.

And that is to set the record straight that Customer Service is not the same a Client Experience.

Customer Service is defined as “the assistance and advice provided by  company to those people who buy or use its products or services.” (Oxford Dictionary)

Which means customer service is a part of the client experience. Why? Because while customer service may solve a problem encountered by a client with your company, it’s just one part of how a client will judge your company.

In this episode, we also dive in to where the abbreviation of Client Experience – CX – comes from.
